Early Spanish Adventures K-2nd

ISL offers a comprehensive Spanish program for children in grades

K-2, suitable for both beginners and those looking to expand their

existing knowledge.

Session Structure:

● Our classes start by learning and reviewing our foundation

topics to ensure a solid foundation. Some of these topics are:

Greetings, the alphabet, numbers, colors, days of the week,

months, and many more.

● Each session introduces two core topics, explored in-depth

throughout the session.

● The two core topics vary each session, ensuring your child

never repeats the same material.

● We focus on expanding vocabulary, forming sentences, and

encouraging active use of the language.

● Examples of rotating core topics: Animals, food, the house,

verbs, body parts, clothes, professions, the city, and many

more.

Program Highlights:

● Every student receives handouts to use in class and at home.

● Small class sizes, led by native-speaking, experienced

teachers, create an engaging and motivating environment.

● Diverse learning styles are catered to through: Conversation,

music, flashcards, reading and writing, games, art, and

storybooks.

● Every two weeks, parents receive an email update from the

teacher detailing class activities and providing suggestions for

at-home reinforcement, helping to solidify the lessons learned in

class.
